Kings Manor Bed and Breakfast is a circa 1884 Victorian farmhouse. This sturdy, yet elegant, home is nestled under oaks on 2-acres in the lovely town of Oviedo, Florida.

Guests are welcomed in the formal parlor with television, upstairs and downstairs front porches. Amenities abound in this charming retreat. Full Breakfast of your choice is served in the spacious, antique filled dining room.

King's Manor has four rooms for guests to enjoy with their own unique sitting area, fireplace, bath and ambiance. Soft white robes are provided to make your stay more comfortable, along with bathing amenities, chocolates on your turned down bed and modern conveniences such as wireless internet access.

A Tea Room in an 1884 Historical Home certainly adds an ambiance and a serenity to enjoy a cup of soup, a sandwich, a quiche or an afternoon tea.

A mother and daughter business was created from a long time dream of visiting tearooms, reading and searching the web.  Roberta McQueen and Regina Epple have created a beautiful respite from today's hectic, noisy world.

A menu of changing specials and homemade soups and desserts allows everyone the opportunity to enjoy a healthy, satisfying meal.  Upon seating Roberta's own recipe of cinnamon scones is served to each guest along with the beverage of choice.
